This project includes restoring and adding a historic miner's cabin in Old Town, Lafayette, CO. The project comprises a separate Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) on the same property. 

The primary design goals are to maintain the house's historic qualities and add an addition that complements the home and employs sustainable design. Sustainable building strategies include geothermal heating/cooling, photovoltaic panels, and passive design strategies for daylighting and ventilation.
