This project is a new guest house (ADU) in a home near S. Public Road in Lafayette. The approximately 1,000-square-foot structure will provide flexible living/working/guest space for evolving needs. Baseline Design paid particular attention to how the new structure's design will help define the yard and relate to the existing house on the lot.
