Santa Barbara Addition

After working with Baseline Design on a new guest house (ADU) on their property, a couple engaged us again on a new project. This project will add a second-story addition to their single-level ranch-style home. The latest addition will provide a main bedroom suite with mountain views. A large deck and exterior stairs connect to the yard to enhance the family's indoor-outdoor living style. The former location of the main bedroom on the ground floor becomes a large vaulted family room flowing from the other ground floor indoor and outdoor living spaces.
