The West Elm Residence is a transformative project reimagining a ranch-style home in Louisville, Colorado. Our clients, a young family eager to embrace their new life in this vibrant community, sought to expand their living space while capitalizing on the home's southern exposure and direct access to the adjacent park.

This project involves a second-story addition designed to seamlessly blend with the neighborhood and a new reconfigured first floor to create a more open and functional layout. The primary goal is to maximize the home's connection to the adjacent open space through strategically placed windows, doors, decks, and a balcony, extending the living spaces outside and allowing the outdoors in. The result is a modern, family-friendly haven that complements the charm of the West Elm neighborhood.
